As promised before..

Another blouse with a unique design and a sweet fabric print.

Made for Aisyah size 4, using English cotton.

The neck finishing is almost similar to plate neck but a little narrower.

The front bodice is embellished with pleats.

This time I chose to use medium large size light green, purple, blue, and hot pink buttons on the front bodice closure.

These buttons is surely another reason for Aisyah to really fall in love to this blouse, and also for her mama too!

Box pleat on the sleeves opening.

Made for Aisyah size 4, using English cotton.

The neck finishing is almost similar to plate neck but a little narrower.
The front bodice is embellished with pleats.

I chose to use medium size pink and large light green buttons on the front bodice closure.

Two pink buttons at the neck closure slightly to the left side of the neck is absolutely a sweet twist to this blouse =)

This is the other piece with the same design for cute little Aisyah who is turning into 5 next November =)

Her blouse is size 4.

Plate neck, laces and contrast fabric for the waistline.

Aisyah Green Abstract Blouse

A blouse that was made inspired by Purple Flower Dress, this is Green Abstract Blouse for Aisyah.

Her mother, a teacher Cikgi Razidah from Batu Pahat had ordered two pieces with the same design but using different fabric.

Fabrics used are English cotton (plate neck and waistline) and viscose cotton (main bodice).

The long sleeves' hem was finished with elastic.

Laces were sewn around the hemming of the short skirt and also on a part of the plate neck.

This is a very modest yet trendy blouse =) of course we need them both..

Stripy Purple Garden

And hopefully this won't be her last order from PIPOP =).

Dr. Lina wanted a dress same pattern with the Stripy Purple Dress BUT a little longer and with added sleeves.

So here it is!

The neckline is finished with bias tape of the same fabric.

Since the bodice used plate neck pattern, the sleeves was sewn at an angle.

This is the first time I have sewn a plate neck with sleeves. And I love the result!

Large light blue colour button. Sweet rite?

Stripy Red Aishah

Allahumma solli 'ala saiyidina Muhammad

This dress was made for Aishah daughter of Pn. Jumasiah Arsyad from Putrajaya. She had previously purchased Stripy Purple II from PIPOP. She's very happy because Aishah loooove the dress very much.

So, another order was made to PIPOP, making a dress for Aishah, same pattern as the Stripy Purple II. This dress was made using cotton viscose for the skirt and Japanese cotton for the neck. Pn. Ju requested cotton viscose because she wanted a dress also using the same material as the Stripy Purple II.

Cotton viscose fabric is a very soft and cool fabric and it's a little heavier than Japanese cotton, if you use it to make a skirt, it will results in a skirt that drop down freely. The feel of the material on your skin is very comfy.

This is the first dress named Stripy Red Aishah

Bias fabric on arm finishing and skirt hem.

Plate neck with orange buttons, diagonally sewn on it.

 

Finally,  decided to add some decoration around the neck, see it down here =) look how the camera and lighting change the colour of the dress. But in real, the colour is more bright.

RM 36 Size 4~suitable for 4 and 5 years old, and even skinny 6 years old like my daughter. Two version of purple dresses.

The length white: 22 inch; garden: 29 inch

The length is a bit lower down the knees. If your daughter had grown up, the dress can be wear as top and pairs with jeans. A cardigan is another idea of how to wear this dress. =) Use your imagination, and your daughter will surely looks darling!

This is a size 2 dress and was made special for Suraya, daughter of Alia Huda (my cousin). Alia wanted a dress designed like Stripy Red Garden dress, and using fabric ala burberry. I don't have that kind of fabric printing in my hands at that time but I do have some checker one, so out of a limited sources (sorry..) she did pick one.

I coupled the chosen fabric with this tiny red flowers fabric as the neck and dress floor. After finishing the dress I added a silk brown flower and sewn it with green square sequins. I love the outcome.. a very modest yet sweet dress and I named it Suria Suraya from a song named "Suraya" that sounds 'Suraya..seperti mana kau dan mentari..'

Stripy Red Garden

Assalamualaikum and how r u my friends!!?

Today I am so excited because I want to share with you this new design that I called Stripy Red Garden =).

The fabrics are a combination of Red Garden fabric with a pink-tone stripe printed fabric.

The front bodice is added with pleats. The neck is embellished with embroidery on the right chest as well as the back neck on the left side. The stripe is also attached at the bottom of the gown and added with tulip ribbon on the joining. What I can say about it is, the ribbon completes the dress =). The dress has a red ruby button at back.

It was made for size 2 where when 2 y.o girl wears it, it will touch the heel but for 3, 4 or even a skinny 5 y.o girl (like Hanis) wears it, it will touch the knees or a little lower (calf).
